4. Shipping Errors: If you receive the wrong item due to a shipping error on our part, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

We will ship orders to the address provided during the checkout process. If an incorrect address is provided, Chuy Rmz LLC is not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages. Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

  • If we do not receive a response within 30 days from our first contact attempt, we will no longer reship the package and no refunds will be issued!

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items as per our return policy.

  • Returned packages due to delivery issues are not eligible for a refund if we do not receive a response within the 30-day window for reshipment.
